How do I incorporate Elements of Comfort into my routine?

Daily calming ritual: 

We suggest leaving the product on a work desk to support the reduction of nervousness, anxiety, and the impact of stress from everyday life. 

Dispense 2-4 drops in palms of hands, rub palms together until the aroma is warm then place hands over nose and mouth as if you were to sneeze, inhale and exhale the aromatic oil until calm. This practice can be done several times per day.

Evening decompression ritual:

We suggest leaving the product on a nightstand or near your bedside to help promote relaxation, stabilize your spirit and conquer insomnia.

Turn down the lights and disconnect all electronic devices. Dispense 1-2 pumps, onto the chest. Delicately massage oil into décolleté and shoulders. Practice 3-5 minutes of deep breathing until fully relaxed, this practice should be done every night before bedtime.
