Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept exchanges, returns or issue refunds for used or opened merchandise. We recommend new customers familiarize themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product so that you are informed before committing to purchase.  

Note: Upon receiving your order, please confirm the contents of the package are entirely accurate before using the product.

Replacement parcels:

In the instance, your order arrives missing or defective; a replacement will be issued to you at no cost. To qualify for a replacement order, your request must be reported to client care within 72 hours of receipt. No replacements will be granted after the seventh day of delivery. All shipping costs are non-refundable, and all expenses for shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

We are only equipped to facilitate purchases placed through KLUR.co.All return orders placed through retail partners should be managed by their corresponding customer service teams.
