Concerning Shipping Delays

Firstly, I am grateful for your incredible support of my business. I built Klur with modest means and great intentions. We are a small but mighty team, who believe in providing the best customer service experience possible.

Operating a small business in the midst of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and global shutdown, has come with a unique set of challenges. From navigating long shipping delays, supply chain ingredient shortages, and a surge in demand to support Black-owned companies.

We have been notified by UPS and USPS that there is simply not enough manpower to handle the current demand within the United States. Some packages arrive in a matter of days and others taking up to several weeks.

We estimate your order will be on track within 10-15 business days from date of purchase. However, all mail carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and this may affect tracking updates and arrival times. Rest assured, we are all doing all we can to ensure Klur products arrive in a timely manner. Should we have any further details, we will reach out to you directly.
