Domestic shipping rates:
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $60.00 dollars. A standard shipping fee of $6.00 dollars applies to orders under $60.00 dollars.
Canada:
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $150.00 dollars. A standard shipping fee of $15.00 applies to orders under $150.00 dollars.
International Shipping:
Regrettably, we do not ship outside of the United States and Canada. This is due to additional duties and fees imposed by customs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team is working diligently to bring Klur products to all corners of the world.
Order status:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and confirmation information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking code and link to be activated.
When will my order ship, and when can I expect to receive it?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or major holidays. All parcels are sent from Los Angeles, California and ship via the United States Postal Service, or DHL, which generally takes 2-3 business days to deliver.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We are unable to make any modifications to an order after it has been processed. Additionally, if your order is en route, the course of the parcel cannot be altered. If this does happen, we will try our best to assist, but we do not issue replacement parcels for this reason.
We can ensure your order is processed in a timely manner, but cannot be held accountable for service interruptions, or poor weather conditions. Additionally, processing times may increase when there is higher demand and particularly during the holiday season.
