Shipping & Delivery

We proudly accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. 

Domestic shipping:

All orders over $60.00 dollars automatically qualify for complimentary shipping. Orders under $50.00 dollars, ship for a flat rate of $6.00 US dollars. We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA including Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping:

Regrettably, we do not ship outside of the United States due to additional duties and fees imposed by customs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team is working diligently to bring Klur products to all corners of the world very soon.

 

Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and confirmation information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking code and link to be activated.

When will my order ship, and when can I expect to receive it?

Most orders are processed within 3 business days and all parcels are sent from Los Angeles, California, and shipped via the United States Postal Service, or UPS, which can take 3-5 business days to deliver.

Please note: We do not ship or process orders on weekends or major holidays. 

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

We are unable to make any modifications to an order after it has been processed. Additionally, if your order is en route, the course of the parcel cannot be altered. If this does happen, we will try our best to assist, but we do not issue replacement parcels for this reason. 

We can ensure your order is processed promptly, but cannot be held accountable for service interruptions, or poor weather conditions. Additionally, processing times may increase when there is higher demand and particularly during the holiday season.

Upon checkout, please confirm your shipping details are entirely accurate before completing your order.

 

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges, returns, or issue refunds for used or opened merchandise. We recommend new customers familiarize themselves with the ingredients and purpose of the product so that they are informed before committing to purchase. 

Note: Upon receiving your order, please confirm the contents of the package are entirely accurate before using the product.

Replacement parcels:

In the instance, your order arrives missing or defective; a replacement will be issued at no cost to you. To qualify for a replacement, your request must be reported to customer care within 72 hours of receipt. No replacements will be granted after the seventh day of delivery. All shipping costs are non-refundable, and all expenses for shipments are the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns purchased from retail partners:

We are only equipped to facilitate purchases placed through this website. All return orders placed through retail partners should be managed by their corresponding customer service teams.

What does KLUR do with returns?

We do not refill, reuse, or resell any returns. The contents of returns are properly disposed of and the bottles are sent to our local recycling facilities.

Can KLUR refill empty packaging?

Unfortunately, we cannot refill any packaging due to sanitation regulations and logistics; we ask you please not ship them back, instead please recycle or reuse them.
